Video Analysis & Eight 60-minute Training Sessions - 2x/week x 4 weeks

A practical, scientifically-founded, and fully comprehensive approach to assist you in reaching your peak performance.

We will assist you in gaining insight to improve your speed, strength, and power while focusing on utilizing proper form and techniques to increase injury resistance.  Our approach is to build a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on the individual goal of the athlete.

You will receive instruction in:

     - movement training

     - injury reduction and rehabilitation

     - training to improve reaction time

     - linear and lateral speed techniques

     - foot speed and agility

     - explosive power development

     - proper functional strength training techniques

     - energy system conditioning
