Christy Shuford, LMT

Christy Shuford is a licensed massage therapist of 20 years, specializing in a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to help clients achieve greater range of motion, increased circulation, and a reduction muscle tightness and pain.  Each session is individualized to best achieve the client's goals and needs.

Christy grew in in the Philadelphia area and graduated from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 2004.  She moved to Hickory, North Carolina with her husband in 2019.  In her free time, she enjoys hiking, golf, walking her dogs, and seeing live music.
